GOT SUET?

All birds love suet and it is an inexpensive food source for wild birds. Suet can be purchased in small blocks and placed in a suet feeder. Wild About Birds has many diffrent kinds of suet to fit your needs.  Problem with squirrels , Grackles, starlings, blackbirds and blueJays ? try Safflower.

When a squirrel is at the feeder, you're not likely to see birds. Squirrels will scare off the birds while they eat the seed and sometimes they will eat the feeder too. The simplest solution is a squirrel-proof feeder or pole.

Stop by for friendly conversation.... questions & answers are gladly welcomed...and check out our store...

birding questions !!!

Great Blue Heron eat small fish, frogs, insects and snakes

Excessive bird seed build up If you notice a lot of bird seed building up under your feeder then switch the brand of seed you are buying. Buy good quality wild bird seed. Poor quality seed will end up on the ground. Try to stay away from seed like wheat, buckwheat, milo, red millet ect.
